There are days when you feel that you can remove mountains. But there are also days when everything goes wrong. Why is that? Why does your mood change so quickly? Why does your energy and working capacity wave? The researches of biorhythms say that everything is “programmed” when we are born, i.e. that moment when person’s inner clock starts to tick away. It controls the rate of good and bad days.
And how do biorhythms affect your life?
Biorhythms are changes of mental, emotional and physical senses that are individual to every person. They repeat in even intervals and follow us all our lives. They say that our possibility to think, to perceive information, to adjust or to perform some action depends on a certain phase of biorhythms. So that is why it is necessary for everyone to know their cycles. Biorhythms are a particular security system of your organism that does not allow overtiring and exhausting. Don’t sit and do nothing, do the work that you have probably delayed. You will feel decline later and will not be eager to do anything. Actually, to have a rest is not a sin.
The researches that were carried out in the United States show that physical cycle of 70% of all drivers who had accidents crossed the middle line. In the world there are many examples that together with other things employers consider the biorhythms of their employees. A well know Swiss aviation company “Swiss Air” does not allow its pilots to fly when they have their critical days. And some time ago the schedules (especially overnight) of Japanese transport companies were made according to drivers’ requests and their biorhythms.
Believe it or not?
It is worth to know your biorhythms in order to adjust yourself more easily to the changes of your capacity of work, mood and possibility to concentrate. Actually there are no bad or good days. Everything depends on your possibilities and attitude to adjust to what is destined by nature.
If you have some serious work to do or some important event is close, but you can set its date, look at your biorhythms and choose the most suitable day, i.e. when all biorhythms are at the rising stage. Who knows, maybe it will be helpful indeed?
If you cannot set the date of the important event and your biorhythm is at the falling stage, just try to adjust yourself to the fact. When you know in advance that you will not feel very good, be more nervous or distracted when the time comes, you will more easily avoid misunderstandings and contingencies.
